It's time to shake off that turkey,and stuffing from the Christmas break, and get back to playing some meaningful basketball. 

The playoffs will begin Wednesday night, but a number of people requested that we don't come back from the break immmediately into a playoff game. 

Exhibition Run:

I have scheduled three exhibition runs Monday night, and this only works if guys take it seriously enough to show up. 

Please attend Monday, as we'd like to have enough guys on each team to play, as well as get yourself ready to sweat out that time off, and get some shots up.

Also as we head into playoffs, we want at least five guys to show up for post-season games. 

I prefer to not have to pick guys up to play, and I'll be limiting the guys available to join a team, if at all. 

Please commit to playing the round robin games as it would suck to have to foreit as each win is valuable.

Playoff Format: 

For guys new to the league, we play a five-game round robin playoff format. Each team plays each team once. 

The top four teams will advance to a semifinal game on Jan. 29th. 

The final will be Feb .3. 

Tiebreaking rules:

Head to Head among teams tied

Point differential in games between teams involved in tiebreaker.

Everyone was given a game jersey. Don't forget it

We will not be playing Wednesday Jan 22 as I have a prior commitement with the St. Thomas Sports Spectacular the next day.
